St. Patrick’s day Irish Mimosa Recipe

I recently found out that I had 17% Irish heritage in my DNA and decided it was time to embrace my Irish heritage with this simple altered version of a Mimosa which we will call an Irish Mimosa.  

In a Champagne flute, pour half glass of Guinness dark extra stout beer, then top off with Champagne.  Cheers!
